We have a dedicated and passionate human development team consisting of a human development manager, human resource assistants, training officers, quality assurance officers and outside service providers.
Our Human Development Department is involved in active recruitment ensuring that we have a pool of resources available at all times. We have developed an extensive and well run recruitment process to ensure that we constantly have a pool of resources available to bring onto our call centre floor as and when volumes dictate.
We see Human Resource Management as a key factor in developing and maintaining organisational success and a competitive edge. HR is therefore seen as a strategic partner whose aim is to align the HR activities and initiatives with the company’s strategic objectives.
From a HR management process the core focus is:
